We are a small three-person team, bringing tour planning, licensed local guiding and Rwanda's arts together under one roof.

Iradukunda Shaffy
Shaffy founded Vista Rwanda Tours to put Rwanda's tourism and traditional arts under one roof. As a working artist and craftsman, he leads the hands-on arts sessions himself, including imigongo painting, and shapes every custom itinerary the business runs, from countrywide routes to one-off private tours.

Ishimwe Yves
Yves is a licensed tour guide who leads guests through Rwanda's national parks, cultural sites, and cities, and a traditional dancer who brings live performance into the arts experiences we offer. He handles the on-the-ground guiding for every tour package, from short day trips to full countrywide circuits.

Delmas is an artist and sculptor whose work adds another creative perspective to the Vista Rwanda Tours team.
